1-On-1 Training
This is the most commonly-used training service provided. In addition to being provided the guidance necessary to attain your personal fitness and nutrition goals, a Maximum Performance fitness professional will personally guide you through each of your training sessions, providing immediate feedback on your performance, guidance on how to execute the program correctly and most effectively, and answering any questions that arise during training. Most importantly, the human element of having one of our trainers encourage and motivate you through your program is often integral to the dedication and enthusiasm our clients have to progress towards their goals. 1-On-1 Training also offers cost efficiencies by way of group training, during which multiple individuals are trained simultaneously and share the cost of each training session.
Online Training
A growing resource for Maximum Performance's clientele, Online Training affords those whose schedule cannot accommodate 1-On-1 Training with program consultation via email. With the Internet, expertise is as close as your computer. Most of our clients stay with us an average of 3 years. Success is a habit. Coaching is a relationship, expertise is a must. Proper programming requires constant attention to an individual's feedback to assess how a body is or is not adapting to a program and diet. Have Maximum Performance Training provide you with on-going counseling, program design, diet, and changes. Get constant monitoring, evaluation and guidance of your program and diet to get you to your goals.

With this cost-effective arrangement, clients are charged an initial fee and then a flat fee every month there after. Additionally, programs created include detailed procedures, pictures, and video, if needed, depicting each movement to ensure effective execution of each exercise.
In-Home Training
Many peoples’ fitness and nutritional goals are contingent upon one factor: convenience. In-Home Training offers the personal touch of 1-On-1 Training, with the flexibility of Online Training. Clients who subscribe to our In-Home services need no exercise equipment or costly gym membership. Our trainers bring the necessary equipment to your home, and provide you with personalized training sessions within the comfort and convenience of your own house. These sessions accommodate your busy schedule by bringing the gym to you, and accommodate your checkbook by eliminating the costs of a commute to an intimidating and expensive commercial gym.
